Changelabs Partners with Raya FutureTECH to Launch Egypt’s New Corporate Accelerator, Bridging Startups and Established Companies

Changelabs, the leading regional accelerator and innovation firm, has announced a strategic partnership with Raya FutureTECH—the startup accelerator powered by Raya Holding for Financial Investments—to launch a new Corporate Accelerator Program in Egypt.
After five years of success working alongside Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) on entrepreneurship and innovation programs such as the Egypt VC Summit, Scale Up to Green Accelerator, and CVC Builder Program, Changelabs is now expanding its model to corporates. This new offering brings world-class startup innovation directly to established Egyptian companies at accessible rates.
The new corporate accelerator model includes tailored innovation programs such as incubators, accelerators, hackathons, bootcamps, and training modules—designed to help corporations tap into startup ecosystems, identify high-impact partnerships with emerging ventures and SMEs, and advance their ESG and innovation agendas.
Raya FutureTECH Investment Readiness Program: Empowering Egyptian Founders
To inaugurate this corporate-focused business offering, Changelabs has partnered with Raya Holding for Financial Investments to launch the Raya FutureTECH Investment Readiness Program as part of the accelerator’s third cycle.
Targeting seasoned Egyptian entrepreneurs, the three-month program is designed to prepare startups for venture capital funding through hands-on technical training from global experts, access to potential customers and corporate partners, refined financial modeling, and direct introductions to investors.
Karim Samra, Managing Director of Changelabs, said:
> “This groundbreaking partnership with Raya is a perfect example of how corporates can gain direct access to innovation while contributing to the startup ecosystem. Our new strategic business line at Changelabs focuses on building programs that create competitive advantage and long-term value for corporates ready to embrace innovation.”
Launched on August 4, 2025, the program has already facilitated $750,000 in new funding for participating Egyptian startups through investors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The current cohort includes:
ForWheelz – A data-native mobility infrastructure company retrofitting over one billion legacy vehicles into intelligent, connected platforms.
Mezatech – A device care and logistics company extending the lifespan of technology products while reducing e-waste.
Tayar – An electric Fleet-as-a-Service (eFaaS) platform providing delivery businesses with sustainable e-bikes, reliable riders, and embedded financial and operational support services.
Raya Holding: Extending a Legacy of Technological Leadership

Through this model, Changelabs and its partners are redefining how corporates across Egypt and the MENA region access innovation—turning collaboration into a strategic advantage.
