Innovo Secures EGP 2.2 Billion Contract from IMKAN Misr to Deliver Residential and Infrastructure Works at Alburouj, Cairo
Innovo, a global leader in construction and innovation across the built environment, has been awarded a EGP 2.2 billion contract by IMKAN Misr to execute large-scale residential and infrastructure works at Alburouj, one of East Cairo’s landmark master-planned communities located along the Cairo–Ismailia Desert Road.
The new contract marks a major milestone in Alburouj’s next phase of development, strengthening its position as an integrated destination that blends cultural, educational, and commercial experiences.
Under the agreement, Innovo will construct 18 premium residential buildings with a total built-up area exceeding 80,000 sqm, in addition to 20,500 sqm of landscaped public areas and 21,000 sqm of new roadways. The 900-day project will deliver fully finished residential units within a modern, high-quality urban setting.
The scope of work includes substructure and superstructure concrete works, architectural and external finishes, first-fix MEP installations, comprehensive landscaping, and the development of key infrastructure networks. The project will also feature perimeter fencing and smart security gate systems to ensure safety and controlled access for residents.
