Saudi Commercial Office Invites Egyptian Contractors to “Cityscape Global” in Riyadh
The Commercial Office of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Cairo has extended an official invitation to Eng. Mohamed Sami Saad, Chairman of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors, to attend and participate in Cityscape Global, one of the region’s largest real estate events, taking place in Riyadh from November 17 to 20, 2025.
In its letter, the Saudi Commercial Office highlighted the significance of Cityscape Global as a premier platform that brings together senior officials, investors, and developers from Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Egypt, Turkey, India, Italy, South Korea, and other countries. The event is designed to foster collaboration and exchange expertise in construction, real estate development, and infrastructure projects.
The office emphasized that hosting the exhibition aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which prioritizes growth in the real estate sector alongside the development of housing projects and infrastructure. Egypt, it added, remains one of Saudi Arabia’s most important regional partners in this vital industry.
Concluding the statement, Anwar Ayed bin Khassaisah, Saudi Commercial Attaché in Cairo, announced that this year’s edition will feature, for the first time, the launch of the International Developers Program, aimed at showcasing leading real estate success stories across the region. He urged Egyptian companies to seize the opportunity to engage with counterparts from Saudi Arabia and other participating countries.
