Arab Aluminum Coating & Manufacturing Transforms into Integrated Industrial Complex, Targets Over 10,000 Tons in Annual Exports

Arab Aluminum Coating & Manufacturing has unveiled an ambitious growth strategy aimed at boosting its annual exports to more than 10,000 tons, following a comprehensive restructuring plan that transformed the company into a fully integrated industrial complex equipped with advanced production lines and expansive development projects.
Ibrahim El-Batran, Chairman and Managing Director, said the company’s development journey began in 2020 when he relocated a major share of his investments from Morocco to Egypt through the acquisition of Arab Aluminum Coating & Manufacturing. The move, he explained, was driven by a desire to reinforce confidence in the Egyptian market and build a leading industrial player with strong regional and global reach.
As part of this strategy, the company added two new extrusion lines for aluminum profiles, creating a seamless integration across production stages. “Exports remain the cornerstone of our strategy,” El-Batran noted, highlighting that between 70% and 75% of the company’s output is already directed to international markets — a testament to its growing regional and global footprint.
In early 2024, the company embarked on a major expansion plan that included the installation of a state-of-the-art aluminum coating line with a monthly capacity of 1,200 tons, in addition to a third extrusion line to further scale up production.
The company also established a fully integrated die manufacturing facility using CNC machines, staffed by skilled Egyptian engineers and technicians, and signed contracts to set up an aluminum recycling plant. Meanwhile, administrative operations were relocated to the CPC complex, adjacent to the new coating line and packaging plant, ensuring greater efficiency and operational synergy.
El-Batran revealed that in the last quarter alone, the company successfully exported 1,500 tons — a 75% growth — to markets including Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Lebanon, and Canada, underscoring global confidence in the quality of its products.
Alongside its export achievements, the company has also strengthened its presence in Egypt, with its products being selected for major real estate projects. Notably, its F6 wood-effect finish was adopted in the New Giza development, reflecting the trust of leading local developers in its product range.
El-Batran, who acquired Arab Aluminum Coating & Manufacturing in 2020, brings extensive experience from his previous role as Executive Director of the Egyptian Commodities Marketing Center in Morocco. He also founded North Africa Import & Export, a company specializing in exports across North Africa, in addition to establishing three companies in Morocco focusing on aluminum profile distribution, building systems, and aluminum accessories.
Under his leadership, Arab Aluminum Coating & Manufacturing has successfully expanded into extrusion, die production, recycling, and doubled its export capacity, reinforcing its status as a trusted supplier in both domestic and international markets.
