Vodafone Egypt Wins SHRM Diamond Award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion for the Third Consecutive Year

Vodafone Egypt has been honored with the SHRM MENA Star Award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion for the third year in a row. This year, the company received the newly introduced Diamond category, the highest recognition in the award’s history, after securing the Gold category in both 2023 and 2024, which was previously the top tier.
The accolade recognizes Vodafone Egypt’s pioneering programs and ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive workplace culture. The judging committee commended the company’s innovative human resources strategies and policies, which emphasize gender equality, the integration of people with disabilities, and bridging generational gaps.
