Visa Partners with intella to Deliver Arabic Conversational AI Solutions for Financial Institutions Across MENA
Visa, a global leader in payments technology, has announced a strategic collaboration with intella, the Arabic-first speech intelligence pioneer, to introduce groundbreaking conversational AI solutions tailored for financial institutions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
The partnership addresses a long-standing “intelligence gap” in the region, where generic AI tools often fail to understand the complexities of Arabic dialects or provide comprehensive analysis of customer interactions. Unlike traditional approaches that rely on small samples of calls, intella’s platform analyzes every single customer conversation with unmatched dialectal accuracy, covering more than 25 Arabic dialects.
