MANEAST Welcomes First SOUEAST Customer Vehicles for Initial Service in Egypt
MANEAST, a Mansour family-owned company and the exclusive distributor of SOUEAST in Egypt, has begun receiving its first customer vehicles for the 1,000 km service following the delivery of the initial batch of models S05, S06, S07, and S09.
This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality aftersales services and ensuring an exceptional ownership experience for SOUEAST customers in the local market. Under the program, customers benefit from four years of free maintenance or up to 60,000 km, whichever comes first. The package covers periodic servicing, labor, spare parts, as well as a full car wash and preparation.
The company’s state-of-the-art service center in New Cairo currently handles an average of 12 vehicles per day as part of the initial operational phase. MANEAST ensures a seamless and efficient servicing experience, with waiting times not exceeding one hour, while also offering gifts and exclusive perks to new customers. The company has even introduced a special name for its community of owners, calling them “SOUEASERS,” in appreciation of their trust in the brand.
In parallel with the launch of aftersales services, MANEAST’s network of authorized dealers has started delivering SOUEAST vehicles across several governorates, reinforcing the brand’s presence in the Egyptian market and supporting customers with premium service nationwide.
Notably, MANEAST offers an industry-leading warranty program: 6 years or 150,000 km comprehensive coverage, along with an extended engine warranty of 10 years or 1 million km, underscoring the company’s confidence in SOUEAST’s build quality and long-term reliability.
