Cityscape Egypt 2025 to Launch First-Ever International Pavilion with Global Real Estate Leaders
Cityscape Egypt 2025, set to take place from September 24–27, will debut its first-ever International Pavilion, marking a significant milestone in the exhibition’s history. The initiative aims to foster cross-border investments and strengthen regional collaboration in line with Egypt’s vision to expand its real estate sector and attract global markets.
The pavilion will provide a dynamic platform connecting international developers with Egyptian investors and industry leaders, opening new channels for cooperation and positioning Egypt as a rising hub for regional real estate investment.

As part of Cityscape Talks, a dedicated panel discussion will be held on Friday, September 26, from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m., exploring “The Best Global Destinations for Real Estate Investment.” The session will feature Ahmed Abbassi, Founder and CEO of Greca Developments, who will share insights on international markets and investor priorities.
