Al Ahly Sabbour Launches “YOUD Ras El Hekma” with EGP 10 Billion in First-Two-Day Sales
Al Ahly Sabbour for Real Estate Development has unveiled its latest project, YOUD Ras El Hekma, in Egypt’s North Coast, in partnership with Jedar Real Estate. The launch achieved record-breaking sales of over EGP 10 billion within just two days, with 650 of the 900 units released already sold.
Located at kilometer 187 in Ras El Hekma, the 164-acre project includes 50 acres of beachfront and 114 acres for residential units, boasting a 1,050-meter shoreline. With a low built-up ratio of just 12% and 88% dedicated to green and open spaces, the development is designed for a spacious, nature-oriented lifestyle. Its six-level terraced layout, with elevations between 20 and 42 meters, ensures sea views for most units while maintaining privacy.
The residential offering includes standalone villas, twin houses (220 sqm), and chalets ranging from 57 to 145 sqm, available in both Premium and Standard configurations, with one to three bedrooms.
Amenities will feature a commercial zone, hotel, dining hub, 1 km jogging track, water features integrated into all residential zones, a health club, swimming pools, and sports facilities spanning 40,000 sqm.
