Crédit Agricole Egypt Wins ‘Most Customer-Centric Banking Products – Egypt 2024’ Award from Global Business Outlook

Crédit Agricole Egypt (CAE) has been named the recipient of the “Most Customer-Centric Banking Products – Egypt 2024” award by Global Business Outlook (GBO), becoming the first financial institution in Egypt to receive this prestigious recognition. The award underscores CAE’s commitment to delivering value-driven products and services tailored to customer needs.

With its universal customer-focused model, Crédit Agricole Egypt caters to a wide spectrum of clients—individuals, SMEs, and large corporates—offering comprehensive solutions, including innovative green financing products that promote sustainable growth and environmental responsibility.

A cornerstone of CAE’s success lies in empowering its workforce with specialized training programs designed to foster a culture of relationship excellence both internally and externally. The bank also operates a dedicated Customer Right Protection Unit to ensure client concerns are addressed with transparency, efficiency, and strong governance. In 2024 alone, CAE conducted over 35,000 customer surveys, leveraging tools such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) to proactively respond to evolving customer needs.
