US Dollar Falls up to EGP 0.33 Against the Pound Across 10 Banks in a Week

The US dollar declined against the Egyptian pound by between EGP 0.08 and EGP 0.33 in 10 banks over the past week, according to exchange rate data published on their official websites. The drop was recorded by the close of Thursday’s trading session compared to last Thursday.

National Bank of Egypt (NBE): EGP 48.50 (buy) and EGP 48.60 (sell), down EGP 0.12 for both.
Banque Misr: EGP 48.50 (buy) and EGP 48.60 (sell), down EGP 0.15 for both.
Banque du Caire: EGP 48.50 (buy) and EGP 48.60 (sell), down EGP 0.12 for both.
Commercial International Bank (CIB): EGP 48.51 (buy) and EGP 48.61 (sell), down EGP 0.11 for both.
Al Baraka Bank: EGP 48.50 (buy) and EGP 48.60 (sell), down EGP 0.10 for both.
