Aria Group Partners with Radisson to Operate New Hotel in Egypt’s North Coast
Egypt’s Aria Group has signed a strategic partnership agreement with global hospitality leader Radisson Hotel Group to operate a new hotel within its flagship Bangaloz development, located at kilometer 73 of the North Coast highway.
The upcoming property will feature 250 hotel rooms and 250 branded residential units, with a total built-up area of 36,000 square meters. Construction is scheduled to begin within the next six months, with the hotel set for delivery in three to four years.
Key Signing Ceremony
The partnership agreement was signed by Eng. Tarek Shoukry, Founder of Aria Group, and Islam Khamis, CEO of Aria for Urban Development. Representing Radisson were Elie Milky, Vice President of Development for the Middle East and North East Africa, and Ayman Ezz Eldin, Development Director. Eng. Ahmed Kira, General Manager of Harouf for Tourism Projects, was also present.
Strategically situated between New Alamein City, Borg El Arab Airport, and near Alamein International Airport, the Bangaloz development is positioned as a premium destination for both tourism and real estate investment.
A Major Step Toward International Hotel Operations
This marks Aria Group’s first international hotel operation agreement in the North Coast region. The group plans to develop a total of 5,000 hotel and branded residential units across its projects in the North Coast, New Cairo, New Zayed City, 6th of October, and the New Administrative Capital.
According to Islam Khamis, the partnership aligns with Egypt’s national strategy to expand its hotel capacity and increase tourism’s contribution to the economy. He emphasized that collaboration with Radisson ensures international-standard hotel operations while boosting the investment value of the Bangaloz project.
About the Bangaloz Project
Spanning 50 acres, the Bangaloz development maintains a low building density of only 17%, with vast open spaces and green areas. The project includes a diverse mix of residential units, including:
Studios (48–62 sqm)
Chalets (61–118 sqm for 1-2 bedroom layouts)
Duplexes and Townhouses, with twin houses starting from 250 sqm
Some units are already available for immediate delivery, and the development is planned across seven phases.
The Aria-Radisson partnership is expected to set a new benchmark for integrated coastal resorts in Egypt, blending international hospitality expertise with premium real estate offerings.
