Global outsourcing leader Intelcia has partnered with Google Cloud to launch MyData, a unified, cloud-native data platform designed to revolutionize how the company manages, analyzes, and activates data across its global operations.
Built entirely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leveraging advanced technologies such as BigQuery, Looker, and Connected Sheets, MyData provides Intelcia with a centralized digital foundation that empowers every department—from HR to Finance to Operations—with real-time insights and analytics.

MyData replaces Intelcia’s outdated OLAP cube architecture with a modern, scalable, and secure data infrastructure built natively on GCP. The rollout follows a “cube-by-cube” migration strategy to ensure seamless transition and continuity.

Unified data governance, including standardized KPIs and lineage tracking.
Widespread data accessibility through intuitive, no-code tools like Looker and Connected Sheets.

1. Performance: Real-time dashboards and data refresh rates have significantly improved—Telephony performance indicators are now updated 30 minutes faster than before.
2. Transversality: MyData processes structured and unstructured data at scale, extending visibility beyond the previous two-month historical cap.
3. Simplicity: Looker dashboards are now accessible directly via the web, with no VPN needed—dramatically increasing adoption across teams.
4. Attractiveness: The use of modern, cloud-native tools has strengthened Intelcia’s ability to attract top digital talent and nurture internal data communities.
5. Innovation: The platform supports advanced AI/ML use cases, including ConverseQuery, an in-platform AI chatbot that enables natural language queries. It has already processed over 11,600 automated responses, enabling users to retrieve insights without any technical training.
