The US dollar maintained a stable exchange rate against the Egyptian pound in ATM machines and across major banks on Thursday, July 3, 2025, following the national holiday marking the anniversary of the June 30 Revolution.
According to the latest data available from Wednesday’s updates, the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) recorded the dollar at EGP 49.38 for purchase and EGP 49.51 for sale.
Rates remained consistent across Egypt’s leading banks. The dollar was traded at:

EGP 49.41 for sale
This rate was mirrored across the National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Banque du Caire, the Commercial International Bank (CIB), and Bank of Alexandria.
