HUAWEI AppGallery Expands Gaming Footprint to Oman with First-Ever Jackaroo King Tournament

In a dynamic move to grow its mobile gaming ecosystem in the region, HUAWEI AppGallery successfully hosted the first-ever AppGallery Gamers Cup (AGC) – Jackaroo King Tournament in Oman, marking a significant milestone for the platform’s regional expansion.

The landmark event took place at the Huawei Authorized Experience Store in The Mall of Oman on Friday, May 16, drawing an enthusiastic crowd from the local gaming community. Sixteen of Oman’s top players, who had advanced through intense online qualifiers, competed in teams for the championship title.

The grand finale captivated both in-person and virtual audiences, with over 500 online viewers and more than 150 attendees on-site. Spectators were treated to an electric gaming atmosphere complete with free catering, giveaways, branded merchandise, and interactive games.

Winners walked away with an exciting prize pool of Huawei’s latest smartphones, cutting-edge gadgets, and exclusive in-game Jackaroo King rewards, underscoring HUAWEI’s dedication to enriching gamer engagement through AppGallery.
