National Bank of Egypt Extends Platinum Certificate Offers with Unchanged Rates Until Saturday

The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) has announced that it will continue to offer its popular platinum certificates at current interest rates until Saturday, April 26, 2025. The bank confirmed that customers can subscribe through all digital platforms and mobile banking services during this period.
Speaking to the press, Mohamed El-Etreby, CEO of NBE, reiterated the bank’s commitment to providing competitive savings instruments amid dynamic market conditions. The decision to maintain the existing rates comes as part of the bank's strategy to support savers and sustain attractive returns.
The fixed-rate platinum certificates will remain available with the following annual yields:

In addition, the tiered-rate platinum certificates will also continue under the current structure:

20% in the third year

For those looking for more regular returns, the three-year platinum certificate with a fixed monthly interest remains available at 21.5%.
